You apply online. They email you to call them to set up an interview, but it doesn't say with which manager (there are 5).
When I showed up for my interview, the woman conducting it wasnt even there that day. Actually She had been out for a week so she didn't even know she had an interview.
2 hours later I received a text to interview the following day. I went and it was 20 minutes of basic questions.
They made an offer, emailed me a background check form, and 2 days later I was in orientation.
During the interview they were very misleading about the pay and benefits.

Interview
Had initial job screening and in person interview. I was offered the position which I accepted. Had to give my 2 weeks notice at my old job so we scheduled a time to do onboarding in 2 weeks.
When the time came to start the job the hiring manager and everyone else I talked with completely ghosted me claiming that only the retail manager could assist with onboarding and she was never available. After 2 weeks of calling I gave up. Absolute disgrace to offer a position and then just ignore me.
it was horrible ZERO communication whatsoever i went in for the interview and spoke to the manager beforehand and i came in, asked to speak to the manager and she wasnt even there. still got my interview tho and then got told i wasnt going to be sonsidered right then and there. it hurt myfeelings

The date set-up interview process was automatic, yet the in person portion was inside of the restaurant. They set me up at a table and I waited for the manager. The manager asked me questions of my skills, experience, how I would describe myself and my approach to the customer.
