About a year ago I applied and got the message for a interview so I called and went for a interview everything went well except a email with something I had to do took long for me to get it it took about 5 days and then I was told to wait for a call which took about another week so two weeks in total so by the time I did get the call I had already started working at olive garden due to there hiring process being way faster(I had medical bills to pay I didnt have time to waste)on my first day at olive garden they finally called and offered me employment but I turned it down . So time passes on I quit olive garden and decide to apply at cracker barrel again and I set up a interview and show up and the same manager rudely comes up to me and says "you again I'm not going to hire you"he rudely tells me that he marked me as non hirable and that no cracker barrel will ever hire me and that he won't give me another chance. And as I left this white girl(server) and him are just laughing at me. The manager is a rude person and needs better training you can't treat someone who is trying to work for you rudely even if your not going to hire him
