I applied online, and about 1 week later got a call from them to set up an interview. When I called them back, the manager asked me some questions over the phone about the position. Am I at least 18 years old, do i have reliable transportation, etc. Then, we scheduled the interview and when I came in, she was very kind. I had a small wait time of about 10-20 minutes. During the interview, she just told me about the job and made me fill out a paper about what times I am available. Then, she told me I would receive an e-mail about filling out a background check. After I filled that out, I received a call two days later that I had got the job. However, I declined.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel (Cross Lanes, WV)

I was seated at a table and told to wait on the manager. It was just a few minutes and she came over and asked me probably seven questions. they mostly pertain to my restaurant experience what job I held previously things of that nature.

Quick conversation about my experience - I had none. Ended abruptly when the manager needed to return to the kitchen. I got a call roughly two weeks later. I would not work there again.
