I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel (Glendale, AZ) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview was great, manager was very nice. Could not guarantee any hours, PT only and only on as needed basis but wanted me to be available nights, weekends and holidays. If hired and store was slow you would be sent home without pay. Not for me. Need some guarantee of some hours.
Very lengthy and tedious, but informative as well. After initial interview with a manager, if you are offered the job, you then move to training which is all online at the beginning and tedious.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel (Morrow, GA) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was quick and in-depth, and I enjoyed it. But I heard the manager for that specific department was condescending. The environment was nice, the interview is set up through telephone and is completed at the store location.
