You have to go through 2 interviews. The first one is with a regular manager, and they ask you some personal questions, as well your experience for the position you are applying for. If they like you they usually set up your 2nd interview on the spot. Your second interview is with the General Manager of the store. This person does all of the hiring and firing, and generally goes into more detail of the position you are applying for. If they want to hire you they usually do it on the spot in this interview. Best is to just be yourself, and dress professionally.
