I applied online and was given the option to schedule an interview using the online system. In theory it’s a great idea. However, when I showed up to my scheduled interview they didn’t even know I was coming. They were pretty busy so I offered to reschedule, but he went ahead and fit me in. He was a nice guy, easy to talk to, and straightforward. He didn’t have any of my information in front of him since he didn’t know I was coming. It is one of those places where they interview you sitting at one of their tables where customers are watching you have your interview instead of taking you to a back room or break room.
