Streamlined Process. Interviewer was punctual. I was asked basic questions related to college physics and basic questions on mechanical design based on my previous work experience. Was asked some personal questions which I did not feel was necessary but i think that's just how things are in India.

Throughout the entire interview process, both HR and the hiring manager repeatedly asked me unrelated questions. They asked about my current company's structure, the size of my team, and the details of our manufacturing process for products. I told them I cannot disclose that info. I couldn't understand the purpose behind these questions, and it left me perplexed about their intentions during the conversation. It seemed quite unprofessional and unrelated to the position I was interviewing for, which was quite disappointing.
