phone interview first, then set up for in person interview in front of panel of 2 people. very long interview process (3-4 hours), chronological work experience, went back to jobs from 10 or 15 years ago and wanted all the details. no behavioral questions, mainly skill and experience questions. preemployment drug test (urine) and background check, no randoming.
