I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crane Co. (Montgomery, TX) in Apr 2010
Interview
The process at Crane was unique. They have a process that they go through which consist of a 3 hour panel interview. Other than it taking a really long time it wasn't too bad. One thing that was strange was the level of questions about positions that seemed to be irrelevant experience to the position I was applying for. Once we were it way too deep on that though, someone pulled the plug and we moved on to more relevant experience. Definitely go to the bathroom before the interview and grab a bottle of water or two. In the end I thought it was fair and reasonable for the position that I was applying for.
