Interview
Fairly typical for today in being multi-stage, looking at competences, experience, etc. but they do make an effort when you're on-site for the in person interview to show you the site and where you'll be working.

Can you tell us about a time you had to do x? What did you do and what was the outcome?
The business is very focused on personality tests, Mayer's briggs, big 5 etc. The interview process can be quite long, took a few weeks to get feedback. The interview had a presentation requirement.
