It was a 3 step process. They had Zoom interviews with managers first and brought you onsite for a half-day panel interview followed by a site tour. Final interview was with the site leader. There was a lot of unnecessary structure to the questions. They asked questions all the way back to your favorite college professor and favorite college class. So it makes you think they have quite a selective process, but then you start working there and you see the quality of your co-workers and realize maybe it wasn't that selective.
