My interview went great, I was more than qualified across the board for the job at hand. I liked the the man that would potentially be my manager. It was what came after the interview that showed me that this company is being ran by someone who is 100% clueless. I have taken personality assessments before, and aptitude tests as well. Admittedly I am more of a right side of the brain person. I am great with people, very emotionally intelligent and perceptive, and tend to be very conversational.... this is something I have seen most successful sales people have. The aptitude test that I took after my interview was so abstract and bizarre that my brain felt like it was going to fall out of my skull. It was filled with made up symbols and abstract word problems based on those symbols. It had 0% to do with the job at hand or being able to show you could do the job. Whatever psychologist you hired to administer this backwards test should be let go. It must also factor in to why your companies ratings are so low.
