Standard CV and cover letter application after which I was contacted by the hiring team and given an interview. As this was during the pandemic this took place over Teams as a video interview with two panel members. They took turns to ask competency and personality based questions.
Call from recruiter. Set up the interview a couple days after the call.
1 stage interview. Interview was with 2 partners. Semi formal interview. Questions were not hard.
Then got a call back on the same day with an offer.

Well informed and I thought good things about the company. The idea that I would have my own caseload was great and I could use my own skills to make sound judgment.
