they ask general questions. although it seems the decision process is not very clear or decisive. very risk adverse. took a long time only to get ghosted with no response. if you ask anything you get complete silence.

got a call for interview but for some reason no follow up for any sort of date. ghosted after a few months. for some reason i am not sure what happned. the interviewer was nice and professional and asked a few simple questions about avialability and only a simple question of years of working in electronics and didn't go into detail other than when i am available. expected call back after but nothing came of it
