I applied online and received a call within a week from the head of the HR Department which lasted about 15 minutes. The phone conversation was very awkward as she only asked me very basic questions about myself. When I asked her about the role, she acted as if she had no idea what a Program Coordinator even did, but quickly said that she would like for me to come in for a face to face meeting with the team who could then explain the position to me.
During the face to face, I had my first round with about 6 Account Managers who asked standard interview questions. This was followed by another round with about 4 Program Coordinators, felt more like a "do we get along" situation
I received another call to come back in to take an Excel, Outlook, and Word test. The tests seemed to be outdated.
