Credible Behavioral Health Software Manager interview questions

1. I quickly received an invitation to record a live video of myself answering questions (3 days before link expired.) this was new, different but welcomed! I stumbled a bit, but did my best! 2. I was then quickly notified and invited to the next stage which was a recruiter phone interview. the call was informative and set expectations for the steps to follow. 3. I received a skills assessment with expectation to complete within 3 business days. This took some time and thought, but also was appreciated. After completing the assessment I understood better what the opportunity had to offer and what might be expected in the role. 4. I was invited to the recruiting event. This was a above and beyond experience. I heard directly from the CEO, met other employees and managers. The event last longer than anticipated, but I was happy to wait if it meant meeting the hiring team. 5. within a few business days I had received an offer. All in all, this was certainly an interview process that I had never experienced before. With an offer of not, I could appreciate Credible's approach as it allowed me to understand what they expect as an employee. I also greatly appreciated the quick turnaround and receiving feedback within 2 weeks of applying!
