Interview
Candidates please beware. This company will ask you for references before they will even interview you. I was told by the recruiter they wanted to take me to the next step in the process after the initial phone call. I was given an email link to input my reference information. I did so and was told the manager would contact me for a phone interview. I waited and never got a call. I followed up with the recruiter who said they would follow up with the manager. I was told me references checked out and were great. Still no call. I then got an email from the recruiter saying the manager went with someone else. I wasted the time of 5 of my references and never even got a chance to interview for the position. When I hire people for a position I check references when I am serious about hiring the person so I am not waisting everyones time. This is unprofessional.
Short, easy. It was apparent that the person who interviewed me already had someone else in mind. Kind of cold feeling and it felt like they had to give the interview.

The interview process for the Market Area Manager role at Credit Acceptance, guided by Jordan Frank, was smooth and well-structured. Jordan walked me through each step, promptly answering questions and keeping communication clear throughout.
The entire team was transparent about the goals and expectations of the position, which greatly aided my preparation. Knowing what was expected helped me tailor my responses and prepare effectively for each stage.
Overall, a positive and well-organized experience. If you’re considering applying, you can expect clear guidance from the recruiter and a collaborative, goal-focused panel.
If you’d like, I can tailor the tone (more formal, more concise, or more detailed) or add specific examples from your experience.
