The initial HR round was smooth and supportive, with clear communication and guidelines. However, the Hiring Manager round didn’t match the expectations set. Instead of a behavioral focus, it shifted to project details and technical/business questions. Great HR experience, but the overall process felt misaligned.

The interview process is very smooth and I received constant communication from my recruiter. There were 3 rounds for my position. For each round of interview, I received complete instructions on what to expect, so I felt well-prepared when doing the interviews. The recruiter was also very good at checking in with candidates and keeping them in the loop.
