Interview
Long Interview process, but not challenging. The application process started online where you filled out general information to apply. Then you are asked to watch the pre employment video that goes over their strict appearance standards that are required to work there. After that, you will get a phone call from a manager at the store that you applied to and they will ask you general interview questions to hear how you respond and hear how your social skills are. If you pass this portion of the interview, then you move onto your first in person interview. This is done with a store manager, and they just ask you general questions about school, personal life, clubs, and when you would be able to work. If the manager likes you, then they will schedule a second interview with a higher up manager who will higher you if they think you will be a good worker.

Interview
There is a 5-10 minute phone interview with either a recruiter or a manager from a specific location. Then there is a longer interview at a location. The interview is daunting, yet laid back in a way.
