Interview
Initial phone call within a week for phone interview. Very informal. Second interview in person within another week. Slightly more formal, with loaded questions. Third interview with a panel consisting of a GM, recruiter, and another manager. Hiring process is less than EEO. Standards are set to weed out those not wanted based on judgement.
Overheard a few secretary’s in office gossiping about other employees, even though Crew “prides itself on a non-gossip environment. Company seems to be ran by white males, and dress code is White shirt, black pants. Quite honestly Crew reminds me of a white supremacist group with their dated hiring process, and segregated-like dress code. Definitely don’t have any tattoos visible, as this company doubles their “clean policies” with a less than equal employment environment.
Would not recommend for anyone with self-respect in a diverse world.

Interview
If they like your resume, an HR or recruiter person will call you for a short phone interview. If you pass that there will be an in-person interview about an hour long with more detailed questions and talk about the job. Then a background check and a personality test. If you pass that there will be a panel interview as the final step.
