Cricut Anonymous interview questions

Honestly, I was really excited for the chance to speak with the Cricut hiring team. I spoke with a hiring manager and we had a GREAT conversation, which included me letting her know that I was in the running for another job. She assured me that she would move my application through the process quickly and I ultimately received the offer from the other job. Thinking my initial Cricut interview went swimmingly, I turned down the other offer with hopes of soon scheduling a second interview. And then it came to waiting for that second interview to be scheduled... One week turned into two, which turned into a month, which turned into a month and a half. Three follows-ups with the hiring manager later and I finally found out they decided to go with someone else (after being told the hiring manager somehow missed my two other emails - which is a whole other internal issue). I was pretty crushed, to say the least. Had I been offered a little more transparency, I'm not sure I would have held out faith for so long, missing out on WHO KNOWS how many other employment opportunities.
