I talked to an HR recruiter by phone, the call was nice and easy, it lasted about half an hour. Just soft questions intending to understand my motivations, resume and experience. At the end, the recruiter told me that would recommend me for the position, and that they would be in touch soon for having me another interview with a technical person. After two weeks, I didn't have any news from them. Then I emailed the recruiter asking for a follow up, but I got no reply, even after two more weeks. Not very professional, I would say.
