Criteo Engineering Project Manager interview questions

This is not a Project Management job. During the interview process, you need to pass a system design interview and create a functional system based on the request from the interviewer. They claim that they just want to see the way you think, but in reality, they refuse you if you cannot build a working system within an hour. They need to rename the job - being a project manager one doesn't need to design a system when there are Product Managers and all the Engineering teams available and whose core of the job it is to create functional systems. Also, in the onboarding package, they give a link to "a day in the life of EPM", where in the first paragraph it already says that this is more of a PO job. Please stop being misleading with job titles.
