Criteo's interviews process are very efficient and quick.
Living in Paris, all the interviews were passed by phone or by skype.
I've started to have a phone interview with the Human Ressources recruiter, to present myself and to speak breifely about my skills and expectations.
Then, few days later, I had to do a test to see my level in webmarketing. If I remember well, I had 20 minutes to answer to 10 questions with a level more and more difficult.
After that, I had a second interview with 2 account strategist manager who asked me more questions about me and my skills and I think to see if my personality could match with Criteo's philosophy.
Then I had 5 days to prepare a case study for another interview. The case study was about a 3 months summary Criteo's campaing of a cloth website. I had to play the role of the Account Strategist and 2 Criteo's Manager were in front of me to play the role of the client.
I had first to do a bilan of the campaing and to explain them the different KPI's. Then I had to convince themthat spending more money with criteo would increase their business. To finish I had to show my qualities of sales man to suggest them new Criteo's products.
Last but not least, I had to introduce myself by phone during a final interview to the Commercial Director of Criteo's Barcelona. The interview was very unformal and she just wanted to know me, my motivations, and my career plans.
To conclude, I very appreciate Criteo's interviews process. Even if I had to speak with 6 different people, the questions were always originals but I never had the feeling that they wanted to "trap me".
I'm very excited to start my new job at Criteo Barcelona :)
