I had to go through 2 full loops of interviews for different positions. I was told initially that i will get an offer after the first loop, then i was told they are looking for someone more experienced and i can interview for a different position. After the second interview loop, i was told that they are looking for someone who is based in USA rather than Canada. Basically they wasted a few hours of my time and did not provide any constructive feedback.
This has first round of HR screening and two rounds of Technical round (more coding discussing with interviewer) and one round of system design. Later last round of offer discussion.
