Very chaotic and poor communication. I did 4 rounds with the company and the process took a total of 8 weeks. My original recruiter had switched me over to another recruiter and it took about 2.5 weeks from the 3rd round to do the 4th round. Final round was a take-home assignment where they expected me to solve their current company problem. When I presented my solution, they gave poor feedback and essentially evaluated me on the solution I could provide for their company rather than my process, design skills, and strategy. Overall, very poor experience. In the future, I believe recruiters should layout what candidates should expect each round in their emails and be open and available to respond to candidate questions.
