The interview process started with a 30 minutes phone interview. I got questions mostly about my background and my expectations. The second step was an online interview with a Sales Operations Analyst and finally, an interview with the Director of Operations. These two interviews were more like a conversation. They asked me different questions in which they suggested me several hypothetical work situations and I had to decide how to proceed.
