Interview
Very unorganized HR. After two interviews I was asked by the Direct manager to prepare and present an assignment.
HR called me to schedule and interview, than 2 minutes later canceled it saying they called the wrong candidate.
I was a super frustrated for not getting ahead with the interviewing process, when after a few days the manager emails me to ask about the presentation! HR made a mess with me and other candidates.
I presented the assignment that took me a while to prepare and they didn’t even bother to reply me with a negative. Management seemed very nice but HR is terrible

They asked me to prepare a forecast of a exact period of time considering sales numbers from previous years
It took about 3 weeks, the 3 interviews, a lot of tasks, and homework to assess my skills according to a demand planner profile. For me it was doable. but I understand the challenging for others.
