I've been interviewed for an entry-level job for three months, which is quite long. The HR kept me updated every Friday, which was somewhat professional but also a bit weird.

Interview
Initial call with recruiter was fine. Standard questions but good conversation. Same with Hiring manager and team rounds. They will ghost you if you’re not advancing, rather than just tell you you’re not moving along in the process. Only found out after I had reached out.
Long interview process (1- phone screen with recruiter 2- video with hiring Manager, 3-5 video with team or people you’d work in conjunction with, 5/6- VP of department) and lengthy periods of silence in between stages.
You basically lose interest from the interview process alone but more so with the lack of communication.
