I applied in-person. I interviewed at CrossCountry Consulting (Houston, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
Their in-house recruiter contacted me via Linked In, asked, If I am interested to join them, so I got an interview with one of their Manager. then I found it was highly unusual that the intro started with ethnic identity by him saying " I am Iris" I didn't felt to keep going. Just as a courtesy I haven't told him anything. And thanks to almighty it didn't move further.

Very disorganized and confusing process without clarity or sense. A lot of apologies and no pitch ups. Some interviewers did not even know what they were interviewing me for. A joke to be honest, i was asked the same question on 4 interviews. Stay away, I sensed instability and uncertainty here.

Interview
1) Initial 30 minute screening with recruiter 2) 45 minute interview with someone from the practice 3) Excel case study (pretty easy) + interview with the proctor who will guide you through it 4) 2 technical interviews with people from practice.
Overall, everyone I spoke with seemed very fake and their demeanor spoke to the off-putting culture I noticed during interviews. I would avoid.
