I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike
Interview
A pleasant experience. Initial tech interview sent and had to be completed within 1/2 weeks 2nd stage technical interview, then lastly an interview with the managers regarding some scenario based questions and a more informal chat about the role. Reassured from the get-go that correct results were not the only condition of an offer, all open answer questions to test thought process, knowledge and understanding which is a much more suitable interview style rather than some interrogation and keyword recital you can often get.

Question 1
A customer advised of a missed pen test, what could cause this and what should our response be?
Mostly behavourial questions, but before the interview, u have to do an online test. You are given 2 hours I believe, or maybe it was an hour, I did it years ago.
Interviewing with CrowdStrike was challenging due to deep technical questions, fast paced threat scenarios, high expectations, and rigorous evaluation of real world security knowledge and analytical thinking under pressure conditions.
