Interview
Met with hiring manager then senior member of team to discuss my experience and background. Did a tech challenge for the larger team where I needed to gain access to a windows virtual machine using a specific vulnerability i had chosen. Walked through vulnerability, demonstrated gaining access, and then discussed how Crowdstrike could have prevented or alerted throughout each step of the "attack".

Interview
scheduled an interview with the senior guy over the phone. Sent my CV clearly stating my strong and weak sides and what I am doing these days. The gentleman who called me in his 60s? throughout the interview process kept talking about his glorious days back in 70s and asked me questions about the technology from those days. :-) . He also kept saying that this is okay and he doesn't expect me to know any of it. 3 days later, I got a call and the person said the interview went not so well. Not a single question from the technology I work with, advised about, or mentioned in my CV was asked.
