I had 3 phone interviews with Crowley. One of them was rescheduled moments before the interview, so technically 4.
After the last interview, I didn't hear back from Crowley. Afterwards, I sent two emails asking to provide any sort of feedback, but Recruiter ignored them. Saying "No" to a candidate is totally fine, and any candidate will appreciate the feedback, positive or negative. Completely ignoring the candidate after he/she spent 4 hours of their time is not the best practice, however. If that's the way how the Company is treating it's employees, it's definitely not a great place to work at.
