The recruited sent me an mail asking me to select available time for a talk. But after my selection and one follow up, the recruiter went silent. A month later he called me and asked to set up a phone interview, the conversation went OK and he said definitely to get back with me in a week after discussion with team leaders. But I never heard from him afterwords.
