I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cruise in Aug 2022
Interview
Very long and hard process involving a lot of interviews and and a project assessment (consulting work for free).
Interviewers were nice, especially the recruiter.
Although recruiter kept me informed through the whole process, I knew I didn’t get the job when I saw it reposted at LinkedIn. Clearly they want someone else but “kept me around” for more 2 weeks in case they couldn’t find someone better.
