5. Extremely grueling whole day of interviewing and recruiters completely ghosted
Have a little decency when you waste 6 hours of a candidate to follow up.
Other thing I noticed was leveling seemed completely off with someone 2-3 years in their career being staff engineers. One of the interviewer was straight up rude, my phone screen interviewer was straight up looking at his phone the whole time I was talking to him.
On the positive side, The manager seemed nice and couple of interviewers were pretty well spoken. The schedule coordinator was quick to respond and make adjustments to the schedule.
