I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Crunch Fitness in Sep 2015
Interview
Interview was a relaxed setting, they looked eagerly for me to express my strong suits and try and win them over. It was encouraging that they wanted to see my potential and the possible benefit I could bring to Crunch. They looked for customer service experience in the past and my comfort around people in high numbers. This experience left me relaxed and not pressured to join.
Have some good questions ready. They also have multiple stages and individual as well as as group interviews. Just be ready to sell yourself as it is very much a sales oriented job.
Easy to the point but wanted sales features added in. I did not move forward after they asked questions because of this. Overall easy process and generally friendly. Interview was with two people including manager
