I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Crunch Fitness (Apollo Beach, FL) in Dec 2025
Interview
Negative Interview Experience
The interview was misleading and quickly turned into a sales presentation. There were no real interview questions and no discussion of job duties, pay, or onboarding.
Instead, I was pressured to sign up for a paid 90-day membership and provide banking information during the interview, without receiving a job offer or any written agreement.
This did not resemble a legitimate hiring process. Candidates should proceed with caution.

Question 1
What work experience do you have?
Would you be comfortable managing and promoting their Facebook page?
Was on time, and done in person. It was a hort interview, there were some personal questions. Overall, not a bad experience but did not get a call back later.
The interview was good be ready to answer questions with confidence and talk a lot about sports, especially football. I met with atleast three people for this job interview and the process took a couple weeks. It is not something you get right away.
