I applied online. I interviewed at Crunch Fitness (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Very unprofessional, the hiring and leadership team were disrespectful and dishonest. I had an initial video interview and scheduled a second interview in person. When I arrived for the in person, the hiring manager wasn't even there, and he wasn't going to be back until 3 hours later. I returned, even though it was super inconvenient for me, and the interviewer didn't apologize for being late and even tried to sign me up for a membership and had the audacity to say, 'it won't guarantee you the job' and then never followed back. I was going to decline either way, since the management there had no respect for my time and lacked integrity anyways. I suggest looking elsewhere, at least at a different gym.

Interview
Call screen, great energy , talked about company and company values. Described expectations and talked about growth within company. The only thing was pay. Hoping to get something with a livable range. The hourly rate was the on deal breaker but I can see so much growth
