Interview
The interview Process is more of a test than a sit down discussion. They give you a very easy short fill in the blank test. After the test they have you do a short session with one of the PT on site to test your knowledge and skills as a PT. If you pass all of that then they sit down and have a chat with you.

They were really nice and super chill both for the phone and in-person interview. When I showed up they gave me a tour of the gym and ironed out small details when I came in.

Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
