There was a Group Interview with other applicants. They gave each of us individual member problems or complaints that they'd received over the years and asked how we would solve them since it is a service industry.

They gave us different scenarios of member issues for us to solve.
Fairly smooth. I was asked about my past job positions. Typical normal stuff. The only thing was being told membership sells itself which I know was a lie. I was called back. The person toured me around the gym.

3 Phase Interview Process, first was a meet and greet, next was more in depth and 3rd phase is potentially in person. A very nice company to work for overall. They are expanding to lots of different locations soon and they have great overall company standards and ethics they strongly stand by.
