Interview
The interview process for this personal trainer job is very straightforward. It involves just one interview where they ask about your experience, fitness knowledge, and how you motivate clients. This interview was one of the easiest I have been to.
Great process! interview went very smooth and you train a coach as part of your interview process. then they'll call you back for an 2nd interview. They hire you very fast and get you started with 1 or 2 clients then you have to start getting your own clientle
The interview is basically them getting to know who you are and how well you will fit their company. They are very inclusive and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point during the interview. Experience isn’t as important as long as they feel like personality wise you are a good fit for that fitness club!
