I had two phone interviews, with the recruiter and then the team lead. Both missed the scheduled calls the first time and I had to call and reschedule. The recruiter was unresponsive, and evasive about the pay for the position, which turns out to be much lower than industry standard. Very unprofessional process on the recruiting end, however the lead was a pleasure to talk to.

I applied on-line. My resume and portfolio were reviewed and I was contacted to interview. The next day I was contacted to reschedule due to people not being available to SKYPE with me. More than a week goes by and no contact. I did receive an email that I was not being forgotten and would be contacted again in a couple of days. I had to reach out again and I was told that the art director decided he didn't need to interview me because I wasn't a good fit.
