The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Culver's (Richland, MI) in Feb 2017
Interview
Fill out an application at the store, I met with the hiring manager when I did that because I know an employee. He said he wanted a real interview, I came back the following week and said to call the next week Tuesday took a few minutes of awkward silence to say he was going to hire me. I started the next week
it was short and sufficient they were kind and asked many questions about myself and asked questions to get to know me. They gave me a run down of how my days would look and what I would be required to do and I got a tour of the building.
Relaxed one on one environment with an assistant manager. I was asked basic questions about my work/volunteer experience and my interests outside of school and work. I received an offer at the end of the interview
