Brief and fairly easy. The questions were not difficult to answer, so long as your being honest about yourself. They mainly care about availability. As long as you show that your willing to work hard you should be able to get the job.

Q: Why do you think you would be a good addition to the Culvers team.
it was short and sufficient they were kind and asked many questions about myself and asked questions to get to know me. They gave me a run down of how my days would look and what I would be required to do and I got a tour of the building.
Relaxed one on one environment with an assistant manager. I was asked basic questions about my work/volunteer experience and my interests outside of school and work. I received an offer at the end of the interview

Great process she was nice and the interview was pretty easy the questions were pretty simple but I still haven’t heard back from them and the interview went by pretty quick
