Talked to Cummins at the university career fair, was offered an interview for the next day which was with two recruiters and was mainly personality based. Second interview was via telephone and was focused more on my experiences/qualifications. Had an offer within 2 months

I had 2 phone interviews. One was behavioral and the other was technical. The interviewers were nice. I had to wait a couple of months to have my second interview though.
