Applied online, sent cv and completed tests. Offered an assessment centre 4 months later. Had to present 10 minute presentation on myself and why i wanted to work at Cummins UK. Then 1 on 1 interview which lasted 35 minutes. Plant tour and free lunch where we chatted to the rest of the department.

Online assessment, followed by assessment day, the assessment day comprised of various group activities including building a bridge using straws and paper including a "call" that told us the supplier had reduced the time frame to see how we dealt under pressure.
