Visited Cummins booth on campus career fair. Got an email within 2 days for interviewing on campus next week. All behavioral questions. - Walk me through your background, have you worked with someone you disliked, a situation where you gave wrong information and the associated effects, strengths. Awaiting the next round of interviews. Heard it takes quite a while!

Interview mainly centered around past work experience and college experience. Questions were asked to judge character and check for fit within the company. Interviewer was pleasant and was not intimidating at all.

The interview process was pretty smooth. I sometimes get nervous over phone interviewers since there's no face-to-face interaction; however, it was no difficulty. The first phone call was for behavioral and then the second was for the technical questions. Just make sure you understand the basic design process
