Interview
Interview process was fairly basic. You apply online and an HR person contacts you within a few days. You have a brief "feeler" type of interview over the phone with the HR person and they schedule a face-to-face interview with the person who would be your boss if hired. That interview was pretty straightforward and by the book. This person asked all the usual questions and was a very pleasant individual, as was the HR manager. After that hour long interview they got back to me a few weeks later and called me back for a second interview, this time with the guy who was running this division at their corporate headquarters. The second interview had two people present and was a bit more complex, as this person asked some more challenging, off the wall questions. Overall a very good experience.
First round of interview was with a manager and probably an intern at my University. Questions were not like the common interview questions, and there was a resume check and 3 interview questions.

Interview
Initial 30 minute behavioral phone screen. Found out 1 week later I was invited to do a 1 hour functional phone interview. The people I interviewed with were nice and diverse. I got an offer 10 days after the second interview.

Interview
Applied during the career fair and got an one on one interview the day after. The interview last for an hour. The interview is quite normal and interviewer asked a lot of general behavior questions. And they released their decision several days after the interview.
