Cummins Technical Specialist interview questions

There was only one round of interview for me from the manager. Purely a technical round of the interview. A call from HR to attend it. I was interest in the position as it was for a group lead role.

Interviewing is not very technical. Group and On-site interviews usually happen. First a phone screen happens and then upon selection, candidates usually have on-site visits, meet the team and interview with different team members and stakeholders. Fairly structured process. HR has minimal decision making, hiring manager makes majority of the decisions.
